Aim: To reflect on your entrepreneurial skills for the labour market.

Description: An entrepreneur is an individual who organizes and operates a business. Business ideas have different roots and it can be quite easy to find an idea suitable for a market, however there are a lot of processes and responsibilities about which entrepreneur should think before setting up a business.
This exercise will help you to reflect on the level of your soft skill concerning an ability to make decisions as an entrepreneur. By choosing one of the possible behaviours in the situations below you will deepen knowledge about an entrepreneurial thinking, decision making, planning of actions, taking a risk and functioning well under the pressure. It will help you to reflect about different available opportunities in a labour market.

Learning outcomes: Completing this exercise will enable you to:

  • Recognize different perspectives for a business establishment;
  • Understand hidden risks and responsibilities managing private business;
  • Understand personal characteristics (such us ability to plan actions, make decisions, take a risk, function under the pressure) for a business development and management.
