Aim: To develop the level of your soft skills needed to be a great team player.
Description: When working as a team it is important to communicate properly in order to achieve objectives and be effective. This exercise will help you to develop the soft skills necessary to be great team player. By completing this exercise, you will learn what behaviour is appropriate and helpful for the team work and what behaviour is not helpful and hinders/disturbs team work. By choosing the correct answers you will be able to better understand the strengths of your behaviour and will be prepared to maximise your contribution to the team.
Learning outcomes: Completing this exercise will enable you to:
- Improve your understanding on benefits of working in a team;
- Communicate properly in a team;
- Improve your understanding of appropriate behaviour in a team to maximise your contribution to the team.
