Aim: To develop the soft skills necessary to behave effectively during a job interview and ask a potential employer appropriate questions.
Description: During job interviews, potential employers try to verify that you have the appropriate skills and experience they are looking for, as well as trying to ensure that their working environment and culture is a fit for both you and the company. Ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate a good attitude and positive work ethic can impact on different aspects of your life. Don’t be afraid to demonstrate these skills during a job interview, it brings you more opportunities in the labour market.
Learning outcomes: Completing this exercise will enable you to:
- To create good attitude during a job interview for new employment;
- To demonstrate positive work ethic during a job interview for new employment;
- To choose an appropriate behaviour in order to get a job.
