Description: One of the key points of the successful integration into the labour market is appropriate skills and knowledge. Rapidly changing situation in the labour market requires constant update of your skills, knowledge and competences. When you're seeking employment, you will be successful only if you have necessary professional skills together with soft skills (people skills) which play a very important role during the job interview and later at the workplace. Thus, the lifelong learning is important for each person, and especially for those who are searching for a new job.
However, sometimes unemployed people are not enough motivated to learn, and this is is one of the most important reasons of their failures in the labour market. The absence or low level of motivation to learn, in general means that you can't get along with others and you may not succeed in improving your employment situation (including getting employed or starting own business) no matter how talented you are. So, it is necessary to increase self-motivation to learn. Motivated to learn people always have the desire to learn something new and they understand that learning is a key point for success.
