Aim: To improve understanding of soft skills related to the digital competences and about their importance for being successful in the labour market by linking various ICT-related abilities with these skills.
Description: Nowadays everyone needs to have digital competences and know-how to make efficient use of them, in order to be a successful job-searcher, desired by employers as a perspective employee or to become an effective entrepreneur. This exercise will help you to understand the importance of three soft skills related to the digital competences:
- Able to access internet search and use internet-based services;
- Able to use computers effectively;
- Active in Social Media.
Learning outcomes: Completing this exercise will enable you to:
- Understand the importance of digital competences for successful job search and/or future employment/entrepreneurship;
- Deepen your knowledge about digital competence.
