Aim: To identify and develop key soft skills to become a better networker.

Description: How can I find a new job? Am I using all opportunities in the job search and am I doing it in all possible ways? Usually, we try to find a new job by applying for offers in many business companies and labour exchange offices, asking people we know about the job opportunities, sending CV to the organisations we would like to work for and leaving our online CV on various job websites. However, it is important to know that usually, the enterprises use their employees’ network to look for a new employee. This is the reason why it is very important to have a strong network – that means to have contacts with people, who might recommend you for the job position.
Networking also means - meeting people in order to gather information to build, develop, and nurture professional relationships. Successful networking is useful for achieving your goals, meeting new people, and discovering new career opportunities. Developing good networks can help you climb the career ladder faster. Networking focuses on building meaningful interpersonal relationships in order to find new job opportunities.
Do you have a strong network? In order to improve your network, you should be considerate towards other people, demonstrate a positive working attitude to impress your potential employer and that you are a good partner for your business relations.
You also have to be well presented in order to demonstrate that you care about your appearance and to be successful in your work life.
