Self-Need Analysis

We suggest you a very attractive and interactive tool to evaluate the level of soft skills you have. On the basis of this evaluation you will get suggestions how you could improve your soft skills. This tool is very simple – in total you have to answer 48 questions which are divided into 4 main parts. You will spend only 50 minutes for that.

We encourage you to finalise the whole test – to go through all 4 parts of it. Only then you will receive the complete results and suggestion of exercises for improving your soft skills. You will also have the possibility to print your results and keep it for you.

Being honest and sincere with yourself is highly important if you want to get a good result from this tool.

	PART 1  The skills you will analyse in the Part 1 are coherent with the competence Social and civic. 21 skills. It will take approx. 20 min.
	PART 2 The skills you will analyse in the Part 2 are coherent with the competence Learning to learn. 8 skills. It will take approx. 10 min.
	PART 3 The skills you will analyse in the Part 3 are coherent with the competence Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. 15 skills. It will take approx. 15 min.
	PART 4 The skills you will analyse in the Part 4 are coherent with the competence Digital competence.    4 skills. It will take approx. 5 min.
